Do you want a rewarding career and to make a difference to Vulnerable people in their own homes?
We support people to live as independently as possible in their own home, to provide access to community based activities and support in Day Services. This will include engaging in contact, discussions, shared tasks/games, understanding what they like, and supporting them to make decisions and achieve the things they want to achieve in life making short SMART goals.
We are looking for staff who want to:
- Help people to live the life they want to lead.
- Build relationships based on trust, and a genuine interest in other people.
- Help others to feel good about themselves and be kind to others.
- Help people to develop their skills
- Motivate others
- Respectful towards others
- Able to read situations well and stay calm when needed
Our residents are individuals and deserve to be treated as such. You don't need any experience to apply as you will receive a full induction to get you started and we offer a range of benefits. We are looking for staff with a passion for care and who would like to build a career with room for professional growth.
A good standard of spoken English is required to communicate with service users.
