I am looking for an EA with previous experience working in the creative world, interiors, fashion etc. who understands the pressures of working to tight deadlines and giving their HNW and often demanding clients the very best service and maintaining the highest standards.
You need to have meticulous attention to detail, be exceptionally well organised and have a no-nonsense approach when detailing with suppliers, industry consultants, PR and other service providers. Calm under pressure and a mentor for more junior and senior staff overseeing their workflow and enhancing business performance.
