You will expand the experience of both our technologies and chemical and physical processes of coatings. Complete projects by developing action plans, giving recommendations regarding the products and processes, reporting to the section leader.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation phase: Performing of preparatory tasks after consultation with the direct supervisor in such a way that the project at hand is prepared almost autonomously.
- Execution phase of a development or service activity. Implementing, with the supervisor, tasks/deliverables related to product development, product maintenance, sales and production support. Contribute to improvements in the fields of working methods and efficiency.
- Completion phase of a maintenance or service-activity. Closing of activity in such a way that the goals of the original request are met. Communicate results by means of concept report and formulation administration.
- Formulating and introducing approved formulas and testing specifications for new or modified products by the outlined laboratory procedures.
Qualifications
- A Level, BSC or Master degree
- 3 or more years of experience in a laboratory sector
