What will the apprentice be doing?
Apprentice required to work with experienced technicians to carry out the following duties:
- Repairing mobile phones
- Repairing tablets
- Mobile phone LCD refurbishments
- Quality control
- Follow process guides
- Interact with customers and fellow workers
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
This is a Lean Manufacturing Operative Level 2 apprenticeship. This apprenticeship will be delivered via virtual classroom sessions, including distance learning materials, as well as regular visits by your assessor, at the company site.

- Health & Safety within a Manufacturing Environment
- Communicating and Working effectively within a Manufacturing Environment
- Working Relationships and Individual Rights & Responsibilities within a Manufacturing Environment
- Application of Workplace Organisation and Work Related Problem Solving Techniques
- EAL Level 2 Diploma in Manufacturing
- ETCAL Level 2 Diploma in Manufacturing
- Pearson BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Manufacturing
- OAL Level 2 Diploma in Manufacturing City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Manufacturing
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- Full time position at the company upon successful completion of this apprenticeship.
- In-house qualification L2 and L3 in mobile phone repairs.

Salary: £17,500.00-£32,194.21 per year
