When it comes to digital communities, The Alliance is leading the way. Product marketing, sales enablement, product-led growth, AI, customer success, CMOs, you name it, weβre home to thriving communities for them all.
With 70,000+ professionals across our communities and a constant stream of events, memberships, and learning products, we help individuals and teams grow faster in their careers. We work with some of the worldβs most recognisable companies and pride ourselves on being a high-impact learning partner, not just another events business.
Weβre ambitious, we move quickly, and weβre still early in the journey. That means real ownership, a steep learning curve, and plenty of opportunity to shape what comes next.
The Role
Our pioneering conference production team deliver market-dominating events across the tech, marketing and finance industry. They bring together leading minds to share the latest trends, challenges and opportunities facing companies, the tactics and tools needed to drive results, and a forum to make meaningful connections.
Join them and youβll develop your research skills, flex your commercial acumen and nail project management.Β If youβre craving hands-on business experience within a high-growth B2B start-up, thereβs no better place.Β
Oh, and did we mention the opportunity to travel internationally?
What youβll do:
Carry out research, and engage with our community to understand the challenges and opportunities facing professionals in that space.
Learn how to engage with, and secure, speakers from the world's best-known brands and most exciting start-ups. Think TikTok, Microsoft, Peloton, & Uber.
Curate the event content, format and agenda to create unmissable attendee experiences.
As the product owner, youβll be the command centre for your event, responsible for its successful launch, delivery and execution.
Project manage a team of marketing, sales andΒ community managers - working closely together to drive sponsored partnerships, ticket revenues, and attendance.
Develop your leadership skills and test your initiative and adaptability as you motivate the team to reach and exceed ambitious targets.
Build and maintain event websites, develop your copywriting skills & contribute to content-led promotion, including video and social media.
Run the event on-site, or virtually, working alongside our operations team to deliver a world-class experience.
it doesnβt stop there - after a short time, it's realistic that youβll get involved in overseeing a team, producing events and programs in new markets, or helping us grow in new directions.
