We are currently looking for exceptional people to join our team and have a great opportunity for a Food and Beverage Assistant.
As a Food and Beverage Assistant you will support with the day to day running of the Food service areas and bars to ensure a high level of service is offered to guests.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- To serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring requests and queries are responded to in a timely and friendly manner
- To communicate and work effectively within a team to ensure every guest leaves with the desire to return
- Ensure all cash, charges, floats and till procedures are carried out correctly (attention to detail is key)
- To maintain the cleanliness of all public areas

- Have a genuine interest in providing hospitality to our customers
- To be able to work well under pressure (Hospitality is very fast paced but don't worry you'll be supported from day one and you'll be just as quick at adapting to your new role)

The Pitlochry Hydro Hotel has been built in the style of a traditional Scottish hunting lodge. It is a stunning example of original Highland architecture, complete with chic contemporary interiors.
As one of the most popular hotels in Perthshire, the Pitlochry Hydro Hotel offers everything guests need for the ultimate relaxing stay. With 71 bedrooms, two stylish lounges, a superb restaurant and a well-equipped leisure club, it’s the perfect base from which to explore the stunning local area. There’s plenty to see and do in the local area, and the hotel itself comes fully equipped with a fitness centre, shared lounge, terrace and gardens.
The hotel is 10 minutes’ walk from the scenic town centre, on the River Tummel in the picturesque Perthshire Highlands. You’ll find a wealth of historical treasures and breathtaking natural beauty in this area of Scotland. Highlights include Blair Castle, the panoramic views from Queen’s View and Edradour Distillery.
