Client Insight is an exciting new department for PHMG who have a specific focus on understanding who are clients are, their key drivers of satisfaction, and how we can use this to retain our client base and attract new business.
The Client Insights team act as a key pillar in facilitating our journey to demonstrate our commitment to clients.
This is an interesting position which would suit someone looking to explore Customer Experience as a career growth path.
Key job responsibilities
- Administration of client insights data capture, including base level reporting and analysis
- Transforming captured data into actionable insights to support client growth
- Maintain our solicited feedback channel/VoC platform and ensuring quality and best practice followed throughout
- Managing and releasing all client engagement surveys through VoC platform
- Responding and reporting on all online client feedback, ensuring our ToV and commitment to clients is evident in all communication
- Conduct user research to understand the VoC and generate meaningful insight to drive business improvement
Skills
- Interpersonal and analytical skills, with the drive to understand the why
- Proficient in Excel and analysing complex client data sets from different sources
- Ability to interpret high level data dashboards and
- High standard of written English and attention to detail
- Experience in customer experience or customer service roles
