School Receptionist & Secretary
37 hrs per week
Mon to Fri, hours to be confirmed, with some flexibility being required on occasion.
Term time + 5 days (39 weeks)
Commencement date: as soon as possible
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced School Receptionist & Secretary.
This varied role requires an individual who is friendly, an effective communicator, with a positive outlook, proactive & able to work efficiently and flexibly within a busy environment, with an understanding of the needs of the School, Local Authority, Parents, Pupils and all other Stakeholders.
Being based in the main school office, you will need to have the ability to prioritise workload, be organised and work calmly in a busy environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for home-school communications, liaising, in person, and in writing, with Parents and Staff and utilising a variety of online platforms and social media.
