As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you will be working directly with the Administration Manager to support with general office administration, customer enquiries and purchase orders. The Business Administrator Apprentice will also be supporting the Marketing Team with social media.
Training to be provided:
As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you will be working directly with the Administration Manager to support with general office administration, customer enquiries and purchase orders. The Business Administrator Apprentice will also be supporting the Marketing Team with social media.
Training to be provided:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15-month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
About the role:
The Business Administrator Apprentice will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assisting the Admin Manager
- Enquiry management including emails and telephone calls
- Office administration
- Working with purchase orders
- Stock supply
- Maintaining the office
- Assisting with digital marketing and social media
- Engaging with VIP clients
- Quality control
- Working with the rest of the team on various strategies
