Learning Experience Facilitator (d/f/m)

The Role

• 
  You will facilitate virtual and in-person learning experiences for Personios across the company, including leaders and individual contributors

• You will design engaging learning experiences and update existing content as needed

• You will be an internal facilitation resource and run train-the-trainer sessions to empower others to facilitate interactive training sessions

• You will provide consultation, thought partnership, and templates to enable the POD team to continuously raise the bar on our learning offerings

• You will proactively seek feedback on the learner experience and continuously iterate on your facilitation approach to ensure maximum impact

• You will advocate for the needs of the learner, actively representing their needs and preferences when collaborating internally

• You will support our data driven culture by leveraging surveys and data to evaluate the effectiveness of our experiences

What you need to succeed

• English fluency is especially important

• 3 years + experience facilitating learning experiences both in-person and virtually is especially important

• Experience facilitating leadership training and working with new and established leaders

• Experience consulting with all levels of stakeholders, with a focus on conducting needs analysis and defining learning objectives

• Experience in designing self-paced and blended learning experience materials, scripts, and self-serve resources

• Experience applying adult learning theories and best practices to your work

• Experience designing e-learning solutions with Articulate 360 (especially Rise)
