What is the role?

This is an exciting opportunity for Construction Administrator to join the Construction Team. This role reports to the Construction Director.

The purpose of this role is to work closely alongside the office based construction department and assist the site management team.

The role will include:

• Coordinating site office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company procedures
• Liaising with the customer care department for appointments and organisation and completion of key stage customer journey processes.
• Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
• Creating and maintaining filing systems, organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer based information, with an objective of a paper reduced system.
• Letter writing and assisting with diary entries for site management.
• Preparation of quotes, invoices, pay less notices, contra charges, H&S compliance notices and any relevant paperwork for Management
• Monitoring and Updating of the Regional Training Matrix
• Producing and Monitoring weekly and monthly reports for the Construction Management Team

What experience, qualifications and skills are we looking for?

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience within a similar role is essential
• Fully conversant with Microsoft Packages, including Excel and Word
