Returns Assistant

We are looking for a Returns Assistant who can work at a high standard as part of the production team to help coordinate our customer returns.

The role you’d play, as Returns Assistant:

• Inspecting return items from customers
• Working with returns manager to reduce the repair turn around
• Stock Rotation Inspection of unworn returned items
• Re-tagging items and general admin duties
• Taking responsibility for returns and the returns area
• Processing returned goods using in house scanning system (scanning goods back into warehouse)
• Processing damaged goods
• Taking responsibility for your colleagues and your own Health and Safety
• Understanding and following all policies and processes following SSOW (safe systems of work)
• Communicating with other departments within the depot

What you’ll bring as Returns Assistant:

• Flexible can do attitude
• Previous experience in similar role in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial but full training can be given to the right candidate.
• Be a strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment
• A strong understanding and empathy with the end user are beneficial
