As a CV Sales Executive, you will have a passion and love for customers and get a buzz from providing a great customer experience. Recent/current experience within a customer service role would be helpful, either from hospitality, retail or contact centre type environments.
It would be great if you had a passion for the automotive industry or just an interest in cars, from how great they look to what’s under the bonnet – we don’t mind!
As part of the CV Sales Executive role, it is essential that you hold a full UK drivers’ licence.
What does the role of CV Sales Executive involve?
- You will deal with all new and used van enquiry leads, converting those appointments into sales, ensuring all sales leads are maximised
- You will be selling through volume of new and used vans, alongside upselling on accessories, extended warranty and finance packages
- You’ll drive the sales process, from meet and greet, test drive, presentation of products and sales through to delivery and handover of the vehicle
What do you need to succeed as a CV Sales Executive?
- Background in customer service/sales and a keen interest in the automotive industry
- The drive to hit your targets month after month - a natural people person, passionate about making our customers happy!
- Previous sales experience is favourable but not necessary, experience using computer systems is a must
