Paternoster Chop House, formerly known as the First Dates restaurant, is now located just a stones throw away from St Paul’s Cathedral. A bit about what you will be doing:

We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie who has experience running a busy grill section. At the same time, our Chef de Partie will have the food knowledge and skills to support the brigade and lead the section in order to deliver outstanding food and in turn, a superb guest experience. You will work with the senior kitchen team to ensure consistent high standards in both service and kitchen management.
