Since opening as a street food concept in 2017, Thunderbird Fried Chicken has taken the capital by storm and developed a devoted following of Fried Chicken Fanatics. We’re fiendishly passionate about making the best fried chicken, and our award-winning wings are a hit with thousands of people.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the General Manager in the day to day running of the business
- Delivering great guest service and food quality and complaint management
- Running a safe & compliant restaurant though Health and safety checks and TBFC systems
- Monitoring and controlling business KPI’s
- Leading and coaching the team. Delivering training and follow up to all employees
- Stock management and ordering
- Role model the TBFC values and create a positive working environment
What we are looking for:
- Great communicators with a keen eye for detail
- Passionate about making our guests happy and motivated to produce awesome food
- High focus on cleaning standards, who takes pride in both your appearance and that of the restaurant
- A lead by example individual, who drives standards
- Leadership and Coaching
Desired experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Fast-paced kitchen environment: 1 year (preferred)
- Worked in a leadership role: 1 year (preferred)
