A contemporary restaurant and bar in the heart of Cardiff. The ideal place for midweek lunch, a range of masterfully designed afternoon tea’s and a mouth watering seasonal A la carte menu. The restaurant with it’s open pass kitchen is the ideal spot for any occasion.

You will be responsible for ensuring customers enjoy their time in the restaurant and that they receive the best service, which is delivered in an upbeat and professional manner.
You:
- A Customer service champion
- Ability to adapt to different customer needs and a range of menus
- Flexible in your attitude to work
- Good understanding of food and wine parings
- Enjoy a fast-paced service environment
Duties:
- Welcoming customers to the restaurant
- Providing a high standard of service
- Serving an array of food types
- Be fully conversant in our extensive menu selection and have the ability to recommend wines and dishes for customers
- Section waiting, being responsible for your tables and their needs.
- Running a busy food pass
- Bill preparation and cash handling
- Working as part of a cohesive LKB team
- Running room service orders in a timely manner

Hours of Work:
35 - 40 hours a week working 5 out of 7 days.
Previous related work experience is essential.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
