About us
Park Hall Veterinary Clinic is a rare breed of an independent, mixed vet practice, in Mansfield Woodhouse, North Nottinghamshire. We are blessed to have a beautiful site on 70 acres of farmland allowing lunch time dog walks. We are semi rural so have the best of both worlds: Sherwood Forest and the Peak District on our doorstep but easy access to Nottingham and Sheffield and major transport links.
Our goal is to maintain our high standards of client and patient care. We have an excellent reputation as a friendly and professional team. Currently 10 FT vets (5 of whom have been here for 17yrs+) and 2 PT. Fabulous team of RVNs and support staff. Modern facilities with all the usual toys for both small and large animals, including separate imaging suite and dental room, modern small animal theatre, plus stabling, knock down box, gastroscope, digital radiography, indoor school.
We are busy but allow a lot of support for the right person to blossom, and like to look after our staff. We encourage a good work life balance. Yes we do our own OOH but also enjoy Fridays in the local and have a very fair rota with a good amount of time off.
We are looking for a dedicated, passionate Veterinarian who is ready to make a difference in the lives of animals and their owners. The ideal candidate will be willing to work as part of a talented staff in providing high-quality care and customer service to pets and their owners. You'll need to love animals, like working with people, and have a creative approach to problem solving.
We currently have the opportunity to take on a mixed full time vet and/or a part time small animal only vet due to expansion and one vet starting maternity leave.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week
Salary: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
