P&P Glass is part of the Performance Timber products Group and has three showrooms in Guildford, Wimbledon and Esher. We are looking to recruit a full time Assistant Glazing Fitter to support the fitting of glass balustrades, glass partitions, shower screens, splash backs, sealed units and other glass products to a consistently high standard, working to support experienced team members, learning from practical experience on site, the skills and procedures to competently and professionally install the companies’ glass products.
Duties
- Assist experienced team members on site and in the yard.
- Carry out duties required to complete the installation tasks.
- Using hand tools, measuring, cutting, drilling and fixing materials
- Keeping site tidy and organized at all times.
- Manual handling and lifting of products.
- Ensuring works vehicle is clean stocked and organised.

- Ensuring products left spotlessly clean
- Achieving positive feedback from other team members
- Good evidence of teamwork within the installation department.
- Fit and physically capable of carrying out the required labour requirements.

Hours of work
7.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday with one hour to be taken during the day for tea breaks and lunch (option for Saturday work paid at time and a half)
