Oxley Sports Centre is Sherborne's premier facility for Swimming, Gym, Exercise Classes and Climbing. Join our team and play a part in building and inspiring a fitter, healthier nation.
As a Receptionist at Oxley Sports Centre, you will be confident in your ability to solve any queries and issues a customer may have and deal with them with a smile on your face. You will build long lasting relationships with our members, ensuring they have a great experience with every visit.
To succeed as a Receptionist:
- You have excellent attention to detail – you don’t accept anything but the best!
- You are passionate about providing our members with an incredible customer service experience.
- You are positive, friendly and have a can-do attitude.
- You are organised and proactive, people can trust you with tasks.
- You are a team player and happy to support other departments when necessary.
- You love to inspire members by talking to them about the benefits of attending the Centre
- You are confident in using Microsoft Office and can learn new systems efficiently.
- You work well under pressure and are always up for a challenge – you are a problem solver!
- You will act as a member of one team with one goal. You will live by our mission statement whilst always doing the right thing and having fun!
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 26.25 per week
