The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the College’s opening phase and strategic direction, both in terms of increasing pupil numbers and developing a world-class curriculum..
Our organisation is looking for a dynamic individual who adheres to the ideals of education and strives to enhance our students' educationally. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilising a variety of strategies to educate students and will take an active role in increasing student motivation and encouraging participation from all students. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in pushing a classroom environment to its fullest potential, so we are seeking an educator with experience and knowledge in a variety of methods for improving student performance, both academically and socially.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure student progress.
- Communicate well with students, parents, and other teachers.
- Teach students to think critically.
- Teach students the material necessary for them to do well on tests and in the real world.
- Build rapport with parents and student.
- Give students homework assignments.
