Position

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience and knowledge within the media industry with a focus on digital marketing. This is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

You’ll be working within the Brand Marketing team to help deliver marketing campaigns through our cross-channel business for a variety of brands including BBC Countryfile, Gardens Illustrated and YourHomeStyle.

The role will suit a highly driven individual who has a passion for digital media with a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment. This will be a dynamic role which will encompass all forms of digital marketing from social media creation to video and newsletter activity.

You’ll have the opportunity to bring your own ideas whilst collaborating and contributing to the overall marketing strategy.

This is a great starting point for someone in the early stages of their career who is keen to develop and learn.

Requirements

  • A self-starter who can work independently whilst also collaborating within a team
  • A confident copywriter with a flair for social captions, excellent grammar, and ability to adapt different writing styles and tone of voice
  • Competent and confident use of all social media with an understanding of each platform and their unique benefits
  • Experience and knowledge of planning and analytical tools such as Monday.com and Google Analytics is desired but not essential
  • Experience of using Email Service Providers is beneficial but not required
