Office Pantry delivers fresh fruit, healthy snacks, milk, drinks, coffee, craft beer and more to companies and homes nationwide, many of whom you will be familiar with.

You will be responsible for operationally managing our warehouse and leading our warehouse team.
Ideally we are looking for an individual with experience of both warehousing and managing, but your overall attitude and cultural fit will always be more important to us than experience - experience is simply a bonus.

You will be directly involved with:
- Leading a growing team of around seven people
- Working closely with our operations and logistics teams
- Overseeing the preparation of our orders to customers
- Ensuring all orders are prepped perfectly
- Being in charge of the team's culture while setting the example
- All so that, most importantly, we make our customers smile

Working Hours:
- Five working days across a week
- Including weekend work
- Typically 7 AM until close
Ideally we are looking for an individual with experience with deliveries, leading a team of delivery drivers, hiring drivers, forging a strong team, and route planning.
