The Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our Cambridge branch.

In this role you will be key member to all operations in our branch. You must not only be a receptive contact for all staff, but must demonstrate brand values and exceptional work ethic. Research and knowledge into Oseyo and our design and product range is essential to this role. Previous shopping experiences in our branches is also beneficial.

Day to day duties include:

• Ordering and stock control
• Training
• Basic accounting and schedule management
• Meeting sales goals
• Organising logistics and accepting deliveries
• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Handling all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• 8 hours per day (plus 1 hour break)
