Hours: Monday-Friday, Core Hours 10am-4pm, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £24,000-£28,000 per annum

Ornua is actively seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain department as we continue our growth trajectory. The Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring all deliveries to the UK customers are delivered on time in full.

Why This Role Is Valuable:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for leading on Administering and Issuing Daily Delivery requirement requests to 3rd Party Hauliers, ensuring best commercial value is realised, and effective service levels are maintained, Planning Daily dispatch vehicles from site, Creating warehouse Manifests vehicle load sheets, Data analysis to provide reports for daily and weekly manager’s meetings, to include ‘On time in full’, Engagement with site returns policy, linking with internal stakeholders and contacting suppliers, then contacting customers to organise booking slots Returns via 3rd Party Providers , Assisting the export manager with dispatch planning, and cover holidays / leave of absence, Taking the lead in resolving unforeseen problems as and when they arise, ensuring appropriate resolution.

What You Bring To The Role:
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills Problem solving ability and numerical ability. Ability to communicate on all levels within organisation. Excellent organisational and planning skills with ability to prioritise own workload. Excellence interpersonal and influencing skills. Previous office/ administrative experience desirable.
