Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to daily emails, including email enquiries from Influencers
- Assist the marketing team with brainstorming and planning content schedules for Social Media accounts across all platforms
- Building your portfolio of Influencers dependent on market on a global basis
- Assist with the creation of social media content
- Complete end-to-end talent management. Talent briefing, talent negotiation, closing deals, contracting, and ensuring all content is posted within schedule.
- Post and caption content for Pinterest, and Instagram (including reels)
- Respond to post comments across all social media platforms
- Manage and upload daily stories to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Create forecasting reports to identify trending audios, influencers, video formats, and popular products across both Tiktok and Instagram
- Relationship management - working with talent manager and talent themselves to ensure our talent approach is in line with our target audience

- Love to work as part of a close-knit team
- Have great knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends
- Great attention to detail
- Must have very high literacy and creative writingskills
- Must have a can-do attitude and genuine passion for social media specially Instagram
- Must have knowledge of creative programmes such as; Canva, Cap Cut, Photoshop etc
