We are working with a fantastic national storage business who are seeking a Regional Store Manager to manage their 4 regional sites across Yorkshire (York, Harrogate, Wakefield and Huddersfield). You must live around the Leeds area or within short commutable distance to the 4 sites.
The organisation provides accessible storage for both businesses and for the general public. For those moving house or those just needing some extra space to store items then space can be leased at a low cost in a safe and secure way.
The organisation has a very supportive management style and with good reviews they also have a great reputation! You would be one of six regional managers reporting to the Head of Operations.
In this role as Regional Store Manager you will be:
- Managing the overall responsibility and accountability for all the stores within your Region.
- Driving sales and profits across all stores
- Providing excellent training for all staff
- Reviewing sales reports and achieving budgetary and customer targets
- Providing a hands-on customer service to customers in stores where required
- Travelling between stores and being a visible manager
- Providing management support to sites outside of your region from time to time
To be successful in this role of Regional Store Manager you will need:
- Excellent people management skills, working in a collaborative style with staff
- Strong sales/retail experience
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to motivate employees and provide support and training where necessary
- Multi site experience
- Experience of managing budgets
- Comfortable helping out your teams on the ground where required
- Flexible and team oriented attitude and approach
- Clean Driving licence
- Located within easy access of all 4 stores
In return you will be working within a supportive management structure
- Salary up to £45k plus bonuses and expenses

Hours – 40 hours per week (8.30am to 6pm) Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £45,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
