Contract Length – Up to 2 years
Salary – Up to £300 per day (Umbrella)
We are currently working alongside a leading civil engineering and construction organisation to recruit a Site Supervisor on a 2 year contract basis to work on a project at Waterloo Station.
The Site Manager will be have overall responsibility for the delivery of the overall project which will consist of replacing the glass roof of the station.
Key Responsibilities;
- Assist with customer engagement at key stages of each project
- Ensure that the customer is considered at all stage of planning and delivering of your project
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality and service and that projects and deliverables are closed out effectively and in a timely manner
- On site customer feedback is sought at regular intervals. The feedback is to be generally positive in nature, with any areas of concern quickly addressed and improved in subsequent feedback
- Supplier feedback is sought and is generally positive in nature. Put in place action plans to improve areas identified as a weakness
- Engaging with local communities to aspire to create a positive impact through our projects
- Delivering a quality product in accordance with customer requirements
Ideal Candidate;
- CSCS/SSSTS/SMSTS
- Able to manage teams of people
- First Aider (Preferable)
