One of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers are now looking for an accomplished Mechanical Engineer to join a 8 man Building Services team for a newly opening site off Milton Keynes station.
The role best suits a Mechanically qualified engineer with aspirations of specialsing within HVAC, as this is a critical banking and retail complex home to cutting edge equipment including large chillers and A/C Units. There will also be specialist new kit such as Water Source, and Air Source Heat Pumps.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a good A/C Engineer to develop and upskill with training across a world class site,
Actions will include:
- Completing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of mechanical systems, within plumbing/water treatment, pumps, motors, A/C related equipment of various sizes and levels of complexity, across AC, Chillers, Water/Air Source Heat pumps
- Managing subcontractor delivery and completing site inductions
- Supporting the Lead Engineer and Manager with escalations
- Working closely with the customer
- Completing minor projects
- Completing minor, ad hoc fabric works
- Supporting with occasional weekend work with client building events
We need from you:
- Mechanical qualifications
- Some experience
- Energy to upskill on new equipment

Salary: £33,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
