An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team as a full time Office Administrator at our Head Office in Bradford. If you have an enthusiastic and flexible attitude and are organised, with an administration background then you could be the person we are looking for to support our extremely busy team.
Job Description:
- Support the team with general office administrative duties
- To use our in house system 'BigChange' to quote, schedule and invoice work completed
- Taking messages and directing calls to the relevant person
- Manage office email communications and leads where required
- To fully understand and operate company and office policies and procedures
- Undertaking other duties not specially stated which from time to time are necessary without altering the nature or level of responsibility.
- Working as part of a team is essential
You will need:
- A strong administration background
- Excellent keyboard skills, competent in MS office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time well and be able to mutli - task
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
- Enthusiasm and self-motivation
- An enthusiastic & high energy approach to work
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Must be computer literate
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
