Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Join our team as a Site Security Officer and become an integral part of our organization. We are seeking reliable and dedicated individuals to fill multiple positions, with two roles working a 4 on 4 off day shift pattern and two roles working a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern.
Position: Site Security Officer
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift Patterns:
- Day Shift (2 positions):Monday to Friday: 06:00 - 16:00 (10 Hours)
Weekends: 06:00 - 18:00
- Night Shift (2 positions):Monday to Thursday: 20:00 - 06:00
Friday to Sunday: 18:00 - 06:00Salary: £10.42 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly patrol the site to maintain a secure environment
- Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation
- Maintain up-to-date paperwork for customer transactions
- Operate and manage the site's gatehouse, monitoring all personnel and vehicles entering and leaving the site
- Monitor the site's CCTV system when not patrolling
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a security-related role is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift pattern, including weekends and nights
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes
