Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Elizabeth House, Perth Avenue, Leicester LE3 6QR
Rate of Pay: £11 per hour ( £22,880 Per Year)
Hours of Work: 40 hrs a week, Shift Pattern: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday. Followed by Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Working as a Receptionist at Elizabeth House your duties will include the following:
Main duties of the role:-
- To respond to customer enquiries in a friendly and effective manner, making sure manual and electronic records are maintained.
- Maintain accurate and complete records for residents and staff members confidentially in line with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Dealing with telephone calls effectively from staff, doctors, social workers, family members and other professionals.
- Liaising with head office staff accordingly.
- Maintain an awareness of the Health and Safety requirements.
- Maintain client and business confidentiality at all times
- Continual Personal Development to develop oneself and the role.
- In addition to these tasks, employees may at times be asked to carry out other reasonable duties as required by the service.
Service Information: Elizabeth House is a brand new 35 bedded private mental health facility in the heart of Leicester. It specialises in Acute mental health needs and disabilities
Personal Specification:-
- Knowledge/Experience of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Ability to competently use the internet
- Approachable and presentable
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong administration skills including numeracy and literacy
- Willingness to help and go the extra mile
- Excellent communication skills
- 1 years experience as a Receptionist
