What if we told you that the main aim of Civil Enforcement Officers (more fondly known as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants) is to reduce pollution and ensure the safety of the local community? Our Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs) play a key role in keeping both the roads and air clear too!

Our team of highly trained frontline colleagues and back-office support team members provide outsourced business services to the public and private sectors. Here's a few things you can expect from your job as a supervisor:

• You’ll be helping people. Not what you expected from this type of role, right? We like breaking stereotypes over here.

• Managing a Team and Individual performance to meet contract targets and KPIs

• Proactively review processes and be responsible for implementing change when required to improve productivity, service levels and Customer and Client satisfaction

• Work with other Team Leaders to ensure a quality service is provided on an ongoing basis

• Provide constructive feedback and coaching with detailed improvement plans for CEO’s personal development.

• Working with Operations Support Manager to drive own personal development

Who makes the best supervisors?

Customer service experience would be useful but - most importantly - the ability to communicate confidently with people from all walks of life will ensure your success in this role. You’ll also find that being naturally organised and self-motivated will go a long way in making your days a bit easier.

Previous supervisor/ management experience, Be innovative and able lead a change for improvement, Sound knowledge of all MS Office applications, these skills will lead the way in your role.
