ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Product designer, you will be the user's voice! We need you to come along side us to make Frog Social the best digital experience for our users. Your contributions will aid in the seamless and engaging commercial performance of the features of the app. You will be able to identify and keep up with UX/UI trends so that our features remain relevant in this ever-expanding digital age, as well as pitch these ideas and their procedures to the relevant teammates to make it happen in real time. Since we are in the early stages this is a fantastic opportunity for someone that enjoys bringing in fresh ideas and seeing the direct impact they have. Your contributions make a real difference here.

What will you likely be doing in this role? (This list isn’t exhaustive) :

• Collaborate with other teams to bring about industry leading user experience.
• Conceptualize, develop, and launch new features.
• Assessing the pros/cons of each iteration quickly in order make the best choice without compromising the stability and quality of the app.
• Continually improve app performance whilst maintaining excellent code quality.
• Write unit and functional tests to ensure the ongoing quality of our mobile apps.
• Pitching your brilliant ideas to the team.
• Keeping up with the latest services and tools, so we can continuously improve our user's experience.
• Collaborating with our experimentation team to find and test concepts, and feedback results to the rest of the UX team
• User journey maps, heuristic evaluation, best practice reviews and competitor analysis
• Working on continuous development and improvements

Which skills are most preferable?

• Experience with digital product development specifically Applications.
• You will be working closely with the Founder as well as other key members of staff within the company, so the ability to self-delegate and cooperate with others is also of major importance.

Non-Negotiables

• You must be able to commute to London as this is a fully in-office role.
• You must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction.
• Figma/Axure or similar software experience.
