Responsibilities:

  • Paid Social Campaign Management: Take ownership of managing and optimizing paid social campaigns for multiple clients across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest. This includes creating, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns to meet client objectives and KPIs.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization. Utilize platform analytics and reporting tools to track performance, audience engagement, and conversions.
  • Audience Targeting: Conduct thorough audience research to identify and target relevant audience segments on each platform. Develop and implement audience targeting strategies to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Ad Copy and Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with the target audience. Optimize ad visuals, headlines, and descriptions to improve click-through rates and conversions.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and maximum return on investment. Adjust budgets based on campaign performance and client objectives.
  • Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for paid social campaign-related inquiries. Provide regular updates on campaign performance, discuss strategy recommendations, and address any concerns or questions.
  • Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop paid social campaign strategies aligned with client goals and objectives. Conduct competitive analysis, identify industry trends, and implement best practices to drive campaign success.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations. Deliver reports to clients on a regular basis, providing clear and concise explanations of performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Proficient in using platform analytics and reporting tools to track and analyze campaign performance, audience engagement, and conversions.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting strategies and ability to develop effective audience segments for each platform.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate with the creative team in developing engaging ad copy and visual assets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal team members.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Bonus: Experience with other paid social platforms, such as Twitter, LinkedIn, or Snapchat, is a plus.

Flexibility to occasionally attend meetings in Liverpool City Centre or other locations within Liverpool City Centre, with the majority of work being home-based.
