We are pleased to offer an opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work as Business Support Officer within the Norfolk Youth Justice Service. NYJS is a statutory multi-agency partnership with an aim to prevent children and young people from offending, whilst safeguarding their welfare, protecting the public and helping restore the harm caused to victims of their crime.
In this post, you will provide administrative support to the Post Court strand, including maintaining information and documentation, arranging panel meetings, attendance at court and various other support functions.
You must be able to communicate well at all levels and have an adaptable approach in what is a fast moving and changing environment. Knowledge of the criminal justice system would be helpful.
Due to the nature of the work you must be 18 or over.
There is an expectation that you will be based in the office for part of the week, with good broadband in place at home.
