THE ROLE OF HOST
As a Host in Nobu Restaurant, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. Your tasks as Host will include but will not be limited to:
- Welcome all guests to the restaurant ensuring the first impression they receive is a great one
- Manage our reservations system ensuring that guests are kept informed and that there are no unnecessary delays
- Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide them with menus when necessary introducing the waiter/waitress by name
- Thank guests and ensure the last impression they have of the restaurant is a great one
- To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and philosophies.
