No 1 PHD is a fast growing Plumbing, Heating, and Drainage company and are looking for people who are willing to go the extra mile for the customers. This is an exciting opportunity with support from PHD HQ who handles all marketing, adverts, leads and bookings to get you booked up with work. No need to have to bid for work! Every job is uniquely for you!

Job Overview
You will be attending pre-booked appointments; the work ranges from emergencies, reactive repairs and planned maintenance to full installations.

The role and benefits include some of the following:

· Guaranteed to keep you busy all year round

· Complete admin service and support from job bookings and schedules through to invoicing and payments provided by the company.

· 10% Commission available on all work carried out and completed.

Type of work
· Emergency repairs

· Installing and maintaining any forms of plumbing.

· All general plumbing

Qualifications and General Requirements:
· Fully competent in carrying out all types of general plumbing jobs. Minimum of 3 years’ experience

NVQ Level 3 in Domestic Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)

· Hold a full UK Clean Driving Licence

· Clean and tidy work adhering to all safety requirements and regulations.

· Have own tools

· Good communication skills, ability to communicate with customers and head office.

· Excellent timekeeping and presentable and professional manner

· Be able to document everything you do either via paper or tablet to ensure transparency to the customer

Alternate Saturday and/or Sunday working required with a day off in the week in return

You may be required to travel 100-250 miles a day in any location. All fuel is paid for and covered by the company.

COMMISSION PAYMENTS
· We aim to get a minimum of 3 to 4 jobs a day, of which you receive 10% commission of the total bill for all the work carried out.
