What will you do?

You are The Ninja Warriors first impression, bringing you own personality showing you enjoy what you do.

The Ninja’s approach to sensational service; you thrive when delivering the best experience possible.

You make your business to be the specialist when it comes to service standards, you are The Ninja of teamwork. You always know where you should be and what you should be doing.

You have an eye for details and take action when things aren’t right, aware of the basics you are up to date with all current menus and service standards and specifications.

Manage your time effectively throughout your shift, ensuring all opening/closing duties are carried out.

You know and understand the shifts targets and booking requirements by attending shift briefs.

You have Ninja intuition knowing guests needs before they do. Greeting everyone as fellow Ninja and always thanking them for coming to see us.

First-class service and teamwork are your priorities; you lead by example following the steps of service. Always prepared to ask the right questions and listen to feedback from the team leader when the shift is exceptional or doesn’t go to plan.

Safe fun is always a priority, you will ensure all daily cleaning duties and check lists are completed. Complete your health and safety training to protect you, your team and guest.

If you do make mistakes, admit to them and learn from them. You always ask for help.

If you spot a teammate struggling, you always lend a helping hand, you care.

You make an effort to get know your fellow Ninjas, you are wise beyond your years and know how to get best out of each other.

You will be asked to attend monthly training sessions and team meetings to support you and your development.

Responsibilities:

• To prepare/ set parties you are assigned to.
• To host the party & ensure the children & parents have a stress free, unforgettable experience.
• To engage with the birthday Ninja & all guests to create an unforgettable experience.
• Lead the activities in a safe & controlled manner providing tips, tricks & guidance.
• Serve food & drinks to guests.
• Continuously maintain party room cleanliness.
• Manage & entertain customers during activities

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Salary: £6.83-£9.50 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
- Day to day fogging of the venue
- Sanitising stations throughout the venue
- Regular clean downs of high touch point areas
