We are looking for energetic, talented, enthusiastic, customer focused individuals. The successful candidate has great potential to develop within our expanding company.
Main Responsibilities:
· To help and encourage customers to have a fun experience, while observing safe and sensible behavior.
- Help and encourage customers to have a fun experience while observing safe and sensible behavior
- Marshall the customers on the Ninja Course
- Continuously monitor Health and Safety
- Demonstrate excellence in Customer Service
- Provide guidance to customers and demonstrate techniques if required
- Watch out for misbehavior and clamp down
- Contribute to the smooth running of parties in co-ordination with caterer
- Serve on reception desk as required
- Take and check bookings
- Answer telephone
- Take card payments
- Sell branded items at reception
- Issue colored wrist bands
- Maintain cleanliness throughout day
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week
Salary: Up to £10.22 per hour
