Lead Business Analyst - Dynamics CRM - D365 - Remote Working - £75K

I am actively recruiting on behalf a End User that is a Global Environmental Service organisation. They are looking to expand their experienced Dynamics CRM team with a Lead Business Analyst, with a host of projects for the back end of the year and beyond.

They're seeking a bright enthusiastic individual that is coming with a background of knowledge with in Dynamics CRM, as well as providing some training and mentoring to the individuals around them helping them to succeed. Responsibilities in the role will include:

• Gathering the requirements and dealing with different levels of stakeholders
• Writing specifications
• Keeping the team on track, with Budget, time of project and controlling the team
• Mentoring individuals around them and training them up to standard

Preferable skill sets will include:

• A proven track record in Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM
• Firm capability in Customisation and Configuration
• End to end lifecycle skills - analysis, process mapping, training
• Confident communication skills
