About The Role
Are you an experienced training professional who is keen to work for a genuinely purpose-driven organisation? NHS Professionals is transforming to become Smarter, Simpler and Faster to support our purpose - putting people in places to care.
Homebased - this role will require you to travel regularly (approx 25% of the time)
You will be responsible for executing the training strategy and ensuring successful attainment of our transformation goals through effective training delivery.
About The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have/be able to:
- Produce and maintain user guides and eLearning
- Deliver training & presentations (face to face & virtually)
- Plan and facilitate system user training programmes
- Knowledge of training requirements for system/service users
- Strong project management skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Use a wide variety of IT software to translate a logically structured, succinct and compelling story tailored to the audience
- Outstanding interpersonal skills that build relationships at all levels.
