About the Trust

What you’ll be responsible for:

· Provide a consistent, professional, polite and well-informed front door to the Bucks CAMHS Service

· Be a focal point of contact for all users of the building and to liaise appropriately with the security, estates, facilities and external contractors when required

· Contribute to an effective and efficient business and offer administrative support to the Bucks CAMHS teams

· Receive and respond appropriately to external telephone queries

· Sort the incoming and outgoing mail

· Maintain the visitors log, electronic diaries for the meeting rooms in the Bucks CAMHS buildings

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

· Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written

· Microsoft office skills- Outlook, Word, and Excel

· Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

· Ability to work on own initiative

· Knowledge of reception and office procedure
