Newstaff Employment Services are recruiting for several Drivers Mates for a company based in Marston Gate MK43, so own transport is Needed Due to Location
Inductions are held in Milton Keynes and the work is based in Bedford Marston Gate so will need to be able to get to both locations
Duties will include:
- Talking to customers over the phone and face to face
- Make calls to the call centre and transport office
- Using a Flex iPod (supplied)
- Fill in paperwork
- Read delivery instructions on the daily manifests
- Some heavy lifting
- Always Supporting the driver
Must:
- Be physically fit
- Able to read/write English and be numerically sound
- Have own clean Hi-Viz vest (to a good standard) and safety boots
- Worked in a two man crew before
- Good communicate skills

Shifts:
- Monday to Saturday, start times vary from 5am onwards, 4 days out of 6
- Each route is planned for 12.75-hour shift (which does include a 45 min break)
- Pay Rate: £10.50
- You are scheduled on a 4-day week rota, which is on a pre allocated shift pattern
- You will have a 2 day induction which is held in Milton Keynes and on site, paid for after you have completed your first 4 shifts
