Daily Duties for Apprentice:
- Daily Banking
- Processing the Bank Statement Transactions into the DMS
- Reconciling the Bank Statement within the DMS
- Setting up Bank Payments
- Contacting customers to confirm Bank Details
- Importing Sales Transactions into Sage
- Posting Service Plan information to DMS
- Chase outstanding debt
- Sending customer statements
- Processing, coding and scanning Purchase Ledger Invoices to the DMS
- Raising sundry invoices for intercompany re-charges
- Reconciling Nominal Ledger Accounts
- Maths & English Grade C/4 or above - GCSE or equivalent
- Training to be provided through New College Durham
- College release day one day per week
- Level 2 Qualification to be gained upon completion
- AAT Qualification
Must be able to travel to New College Durham one day per week
