Naylor's Property Maintenance Limited is a property maintenance and renovations company that pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. Our small, friendly and reliable team does their utmost to make sure all our clients needs are exceeded. We work to the highest of standards and aim to exceed all customers expectations.
We cover all aspects of property, garden maintenance and improvements, from a faulty light or leaking tap, to full house renovations and extensions.

We are looking for a Handy Man to join our team and provide general maintenance and repair services. They will be required to work as part of a team to provide property renovation solutions. The successful candidate will have knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting and other basic repair works.
The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision, as well as having great team working ability.
Overtime may be required on occasion to finish time sensitive jobs, this will be paid at time and a half.
We do not work weekend and this will not be a option as we believe in a good life work balance.
On the job training will be provided so candidates with good knowledge of one area will be considered if they can work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain plumbing systems.
- Perform minor carpentry work.
- Assist with property improvements.
- Perform minor painting and wallpapering tasks.
- Install and repair windows, doors, and other fixtures.
Requirements:
- Divers license
- Motivated
- Polite
- Punctuall
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
