Warehouse Picker Packer (Part Time)

We are looking for a vibrant, charismatic picker and packer to join our warehouse team in Hayle. The role will require being a real team player, turning your hand to all tasks with a smile, from picking customers orders, to ensuring that deliveries and stock are received correctly onto our systems, with the willingness to learn about the natural pet food industry.

The Role:
* Efficiently picking, packing and dispatching online orders
* Working in a fast pace environment to targets
* Being part of a varied team
* Following up with customers on missing items or faulty deliveries
* Ensuring that high quality is maintained with each product dispatched
* Keeping your work area clean and tidy
* Maintaining high safety standards across our Ecommerce warehouse
* Daily receiving in stock and deliveries
* Inventory management and stock counting
* Ensuring products are fully stocked, well presented, clean and with a good shelf life
* Ensuring customers are treated to a 5* service
* Ability to handle heavy parcels and stock

Previous Experience:
It would be beneficial to the role if you have worked in a similar environment, processing orders with a basic understanding of daily warehouse management and duties, although this is not a necessity as long as you have an organised and methodical manner.
