SIA Door Supervisors
Our Events Crowd Management team (ECM) are looking to recruit casual SIA Door Supervisors for the heavy metal Bloodstock Open Air Festival which is taking place between Thursday 10th and Sunday 13th August 2023 at Catton Hall & Park in Derbyshire (DE12 8LN).
Delivering a variety of security & stewarding tasks, the SIA Door Supervisors will ensure the highest standards of safety and service to our clients and customers.
Our SIA Door Supervisors will act as the first point of contact for our customers at the festival and support the Head of Security & Stewarding and wider Event Team in the resolution of operational issues.
Having worked within a similar role, you will hold a current, valid SIA Door Supervisor licence. Previous experience of working in Event Security would be an advantage.
Experience of dealing successfully with difficult customers, including challenging situations and ejections, you will have the ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment. A team player, you will have exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Due to the nature of the event, you will be flexible in your approach to work, with ability to work during the evening and weekend.
