To work alongside other members of our Ice Sports team we are looking to recruit Ice Sports Activators to work on casual basis.
Duties for these roles include:
- Sports Activator – to inspire children and young people to remain active during the school holidays by delivering multi-sports and arts activities
- Party Host – to ensure party guests are given a memorable and fun experience.
- On-Ice Marshall – to oversee the public session during peak times on the ice, patrolling the ice ensuring that safety and a world-class visitor experience is the focus of every session
The ability to skate is not essential for this role, however, experience coaching or participating in a wide range of sports is desirable.
Additional qualifications in coaching, first aid & safeguarding are desirable.
You will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal with a diverse range of customers. You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
The ideal candidate must be available to work weekends and public/school holidays due to the main duties that this role includes.
