2 X Full-time and permanent positions. Salary is £25,000.00 for 40 hours per week. Plus, FREE gym membership. Work hard, play hard. So why is this position so different and what do we need from you?

That’s why we need more barbers with skills for days, to serve gents, boys, lads, men and more. We don’t take first timers, so if you are just out of college sorry my friend this one isn’t for you. But if you have real experience and a passion for your craft keep on reading.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience working in salon and love the banter and chats that come with providing exceptional customer service. Creating modern, stylish hair styles for clients should come naturally but speed and precision are also what you are known for.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services to our clients.
• Work collaboratively but also have the confidence and ability to run the store.
• Keep the salon clean, organized and welcoming to clients – making sure those extra products are on show and tempting clients to take them home.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients through excellent communication and customer service skills coupled with empathy and if possible, a little joy.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in men’s grooming.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a salon as a barber.
• Strong technical skills in hair cutting and styling.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (also known as charm).
• A professional and friendly demeanour.
• Ability to work shifts including weekends and evenings.
