What will l spend my time doing?

Whilst there isn’t a ‘typical’ day within claims, here’s a quick overview of some of the key aspects of the apprenticeship:
  • A rotational programme aimed at giving you are wide ranging experience across the entire Claims department.
  • You will be part of a high performance and inclusive culture with an emphasis on the quality of claims outcomes and customer service.
  • Meet with clients, brokers, lawyers, and service providers to name but a few, to discuss existing claims, account developments and levels of service.
  • You’ll obtain a broader understanding of business requirements, claims developments, current claims trends and issues, to enhance the client experience and your personal development.
  • You will have plenty of opportunities to spend time within other functions that underpin the business we write, such as underwriting and actuarial.
  • You will take ownership of and drive your own development and work in conjunction with us to ensure you are developed to be the best that you can be.

  • A commitment to continuous personal and professional development
